Jessica Han has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare and clinical research industry, working across global and regional CROs in roles spanning clinical operations, project management, and regulatory strategy. Based in Avance Clinical’s Seoul, Korea office, Jessica leads the company’s operations and strategic initiatives across the Asian region, a market recognized for its scientific excellence and accelerated clinical trial timelines.

Jessica began her career as a registered nurse in the critical care unit at Samsung Medical Center, where she gained valuable experience in patient care and clinical research. She transitioned into the clinical trial industry, taking on diverse roles at leading CROs, including Parexel, PRA Health Sciences (now ICON), and Novotech. Jessica’s extensive background has given her deep insights into the clinical trial process and the unique opportunities and challenges of the APAC market.

As Director, Asian Operations, Jessica works closely with Avance Clinical’s leadership team to expand the company’s footprint in APAC. Her focus is on streamlining clinical trial delivery, enhancing patient recruitment strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Jessica’s leadership ensures that biotech clients benefit from tailored solutions designed to meet their specific clinical development needs, while integrating seamlessly with Avance Clinical’s global services.
