Lee Walke, MS, serves as Executive Director of Biometrics within the Oncology Center of Excellence at Avance Clinical. With more than 30 years of experience in clinical research, Lee brings deep technical expertise spanning SAS programming, Clinical Data Management, and eClinical systems. His career has been defined by delivering rigorous, fit-for-purpose biometric strategies that support complex oncology programs from First-in-Human studies through to market entry.

Lee is recognized for developing pragmatic, bespoke solutions tailored to the unique scientific and operational challenges of oncology trials. He has successfully guided sponsors through intricate development pathways by aligning data strategy, regulatory expectations, and operational execution.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Lee has consistently been at the forefront of innovation in clinical development. He has led the integration of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence, secondary data sources, and eClinical platforms that enable Decentralized Trials—into traditional development frameworks, ensuring sponsors benefit from modern efficiencies without compromising data integrity or regulatory compliance.
