Dr Mandip Gill is a Site Specialist at Avance Clinical based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. A scientist by training with a PhD in Human Genetics, she brings over seven years of experience across Phase I–III oncology and haematology trials, including solid tumours, lymphomas, and leukaemias in both Australian and international settings.

Drawing on her doctoral training and research background, she brings strong scientific insight into genetics and biomarkers to the interpretation of complex cancer protocols and patient populations, supporting evidence‑based feasibility and site strategy. She combines this with prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Trial Data Manager and Senior Research Fellow to deliver data‑driven feasibility assessments and accrual projections for complex cancer studies. Mandip works within Avance Clinical’s Strategic Site Solutions capability to help sponsors choose high‑performing countries and sites, de‑risk recruitment, and build site networks that can reliably deliver early and Late phase oncology programs on time.
