Wendy Hamon, MBA, brings over 28 years of pharmaceutical and CRO experience. Her background combines oncology portfolio leadership, global clinical operations and strategic oversight of development programmes from preclinical development through post-approval commitments.

Wendy’s oncology experience includes senior leadership roles at PPD, where she oversaw project delivery for key accounts within the Haematology/Oncology business unit. As Director/Senior Director of Project Management, she provided strategic oversight and mentorship to project teams, advised sponsors on product development planning, and supported milestone delivery, financial management and proactive risk mitigation. She subsequently served as Executive Director within PPD’s Evidera business, with accountability for high-quality delivery in medical affairs research operations and real-world evidence. As Executive Director at ICON/legacy PRA Health Sciences, Wendy was accountable for oncology and Rare Disease portfolios, including delivery of a key client’s oncology programmes. Her broader CRO leadership includes Vice President, Clinical Development at Simbec-Orion, with global oversight of clinical operations and project management; Vice President at Lightship in the decentralized and innovation space; and Project Director at Parexel, overseeing large, complex asset portfolios and strategic partnerships.
